Answer Vitality points are points you get when you have been in a guild for 24hrs,
They allows you to do other quests called Adventure quests.

Every day the points reset and the amount of points will grow as your lvl gets higher, at lvl 90 you will have 12 points of vitality.

You can chek your current available points at the First or Secondary Quest Giver
